After 30 years of producing award winning, old world style meats and sausages, Saag’s looked to leverage their relationships built with many of today’s celebrity chefs. The Signature Series projects a contemporary vision of sausage, graphically more metropolitan, and like their exotic recipes, emerges miles away from the perceptions of sausage as “peasant food.”
