Full Throttle NHRA
- After the Full Throttle Quick Shot packaging was so well received, Coca-Cola asked McLean Design to help develop a mark for the upcoming NHRA Drag Racing Series sponsorship, which needed to work across multiple formats and printing processes. Our solution was an asymmetrical framework that combined the two marks with heavy metal, rivets, and a sliding graphics panel, all of which could be dynamically animated for broadcast.
- When Coca-Cola finally thrust its Full Throttle energy brand into the 2oz shot category, it was critical that they break from the competition yet stay true to their hardcore equities. McLean Design embedded the brand in the rich black trade dress, yet allowed it to radiate intensity with flavor-specific color that blasts out of the dark. The front-and-center caution statement quickly conveys the potency of the shot as a powerful and effective formula.
